This is a replica cast of Simon of Wensley, which spread on his grave. it is one of only a handful of foreign made brasses in Britain, in this case of Flemish craftsmanship. This has been casted by a company called Brass Rubbings Supplies, 48a Ashcroft Road, Cirencester, Glos. This weights just over 1.6kg. And is approx 45cm x 18cm and 2cm thick. Comes with the original box, which has some tape and wear marks. Has a few light marks and some slight tarnish to the brass. This is a very hard piece to price but I am open to sensible offers.
